About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Management professional to lead our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As Head of Financial Management, you will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day operational management of our financial management department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the production of monthly management accounts and coordinate the production of all corporate financial performance reporting within the Trust.
  2. Develop and implement financial management strategies to ensure the Trust's financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
  4. Manage and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. CCAB qualification and extensive experience in financial management.
  2. Proven track record of leading and managing financial teams.
  3. Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
