Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing person to join our team. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a critical role in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for our consumer products, including hardware wallets, mobile apps, and other digital asset management solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Ledger's consumer products and services.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams: Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Create Compelling Marketing Collateral: Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, product videos, case studies, and other assets to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ledger's consumer products.
- Manage and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Track and Analyze Key Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets space, and apply insights to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap decisions.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, influencers, and industry associations, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the crypto community.
- Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ Years of Experience in Consumer Product Marketing: At least 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing, with a focus on crypto and digital assets consumer services.
- Proven Track Record of Success: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for consumer products in the crypto industry.
- Deep Understanding of Blockchain Technology: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving growth in emerging markets.
- Experience Working in a Remote or Distributed Team Environment: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
