Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing person to join our team. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a critical role in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for our consumer products, including hardware wallets, mobile apps, and other digital asset management solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Ledger's consumer products and services.
  2. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
  3. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams: Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and marketing initiatives.
  4. Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  5. Create Compelling Marketing Collateral: Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, product videos, case studies, and other assets to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ledger's consumer products.
  6. Manage and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  7. Track and Analyze Key Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets space, and apply insights to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap decisions.
  9. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, influencers, and industry associations, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the crypto community.
  10. Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 10+ Years of Experience in Consumer Product Marketing: At least 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing, with a focus on crypto and digital assets consumer services.
  3. Proven Track Record of Success: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for consumer products in the crypto industry.
  4. Deep Understanding of Blockchain Technology: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions.
  5. Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
  6. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  7. Demonstrated Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
  8. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving growth in emerging markets.
  10. Experience Working in a Remote or Distributed Team Environment: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
