We are seeking a highly skilled Footwear Technologist to join our Technical team at Li & Fung. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a range of footwear products across mens, womens, and kids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess product risks and ensure compliance with consumer product safety requirements
- Interpret relevant legislation and regulations to ensure product safety
- Develop and implement testing and performance protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers at all levels to ensure effective communication
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience in footwear within the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of consumer product safety requirements and legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
