About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Recruitment Account Manager on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the managed service recruitment model to clients, ensuring contract deliverables are met.
  • Drive the direct source model, developing innovative strategies to drive cost savings across multiple accounts.
  • Lead a team, providing excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and process improvement.
  • Work effectively under pressure, managing and prioritizing a varied workload.
  • Travel between client sites as required, utilizing a full driver's license.
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a varied workload.
  • High-calibre customer-focused approach, with the ability to deliver complex information clearly and consistently.
  • Full driver's license and ability to drive between sites.
