Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Profiles Personnel Ltd. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes and orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively promote our company's products and services to existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) setting, preferably within the construction or builders' merchants industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in software applications such as Sage (training provided if necessary).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm, Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm.
