Learning Disabilities Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Bournemouth area.
About the ServiceOur service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities. Our goal is to empower service users to live independently and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
- Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor and evaluate service performance
We are looking for a Registered Manager with:
Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)Strong staff management skillsExcellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislationIf you are a motivated and experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
