About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Duval Associates. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through inside sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product and Service Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our SAAS products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive sales growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
- 6-12 Months Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a similar role.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on results-driven sales strategies.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing sales environments, priorities, and deadlines.
