Watmos Community Homes is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Resident Involvement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our resident involvement strategy and driving the success of our Resident Voice activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the resident involvement strategy, ensuring resident scrutiny and influence is central to improvements and service delivery.
- Drive the implementation and success of Resident Voice activities, working closely with residents and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Plan and oversee a range of involvement activities and events, including community meetings, workshops, and focus groups.
- Support the resident scrutiny panel in analyzing performance information and conducting reviews of service areas, ensuring that resident feedback is taken into account and acted upon.
- Build relationships with residents and staff to ensure the successful delivery of our resident involvement strategy and buy-in from all staff.
Requirements:
- Strong background in working with local communities to achieve positive results.
- Experience in housing, customer-focused service delivery, or administrative roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency in IT, exceptional customer service, and both written and verbal communication skills.
