Position Overview: As a Literacy Educator at Kedleston Group Ltd, you will play a vital role in our educational community, focusing on the needs of children and young individuals.

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and delivering exceptional educational experiences that cater to diverse learning styles while addressing the emotional and social needs of our students.

Relationship Building: Establishing strong connections and fostering trust with students, colleagues, families, and external professionals is essential.

Qualifications: We seek candidates who possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with children facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, as well as Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

Teaching Expertise: You should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective teaching in both primary and secondary settings, particularly in English GCSE and Functional Skills, as well as leading phonics and guided reading initiatives.

About Us: Kedleston Group Ltd operates an independent specialist day school and children's home, dedicated to supporting children and young people aged 9 to 17 with various needs, including SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other specific learning difficulties.
