Position Overview: We are excited to offer a position within our educational team as a Business Trainer on a permanent, full-time basis, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. This role involves the instruction of Business, Customer Service, and entrepreneurial skills, ensuring a high standard of vocational training that is centered around the learner's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions focused on vocational skills.
  • Facilitate live projects that provide practical experience for learners.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a teaching qualification and have a subject specialization to Level 3 or demonstrate a commitment to obtaining a subject-specific qualification within two years. Additionally, candidates should be willing to achieve an Award in Education within six months and the TAQA assessment qualification during their probation period.

It is essential to hold at least a Level 1 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or be prepared to obtain these qualifications within one year.
