The Role: You will provide day-to-day support to our MD, Senior Management and Operational teams and manage the cycle of Operational meetings, Board meetings and sub-committees including supporting the production of meeting papers and reports, taking minutes, and liaising with colleagues to review and follow up actions. Coordinating and supporting projects is also a key part of the role alongside data collection and reporting and you will be a key point of liaison with the Trust¿s Central Support Services support teams. About you: As a talented PA and administrator, you¿ll already have experience in a similar role, and of coordinating the activities of a busy senior management team and between a Board and its sub-committees. Experienced in managing demanding, wide ranging administrative duties, you¿re skilled at communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and have a diplomatic approach. Resilient, flexible and results focussed , you have excellent listening skills and be highly organised. Educated to A level standard, or able to demonstrate equivalent capacity at interview, you have excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Excel,Word, Powerpoint, Outlook). You will need a full driving licence and be able to travel within the South West as needed with occasional wider travel to events or our Central Services office in Grantham. What are the Benefits?
