About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in the Lichfield area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household chores
- Engage in activities with clients, such as conversation, reading, and games
- Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to the care team
Requirements
- GCSE in history is not required, but a passion for listening and learning is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard

- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 initially, with the potential to increase to £12.50 per hour following qualification/development
