About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Development Manager to join our team at Refugee Council. As a key member of our Philanthropy & Partnerships Team, you will play a critical role in developing and growing our philanthropy relationships and programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bespoke development plans to secure increased funding from existing and new donors
  • Manage a portfolio of key Major Donors and high-profile supporters, patrons, and ambassadors
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team, Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, and Philanthropy Consultant to achieve our philanthropy ambitions
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver an ambitious philanthropy strategy and make a step change in impact
