**Role:** Business Development Manager

**Location:** Trafford Park

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Reed. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, and will be their main point of contact for all day-to-day account management and course bookings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Account management of a number of pre-defined business clients
  • Booking management of our B2B customer base
  • Ensure timely responses to all enquiries and booking requests
  • Providing excellent customer service to the clients
  • Certificate expiry management to secure delegate refreshers
  • Conversion from manual booking to portal booking where appropriate
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Promptly resolve any invoice queries
  • Providing general administrative support

**Requirements:**

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong client/account management skills
  • Excellent organisational management skills
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
