Care Support Worker Role

We are seeking a confident and passionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Lifeways in Taunton. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs, including ASD, learning difficulties, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as medication management, finance, and dietary needs
  • Assist with domestic tasks and monitor mental health
  • Participate in activities, such as shopping, cinema, and bowling, to promote social interaction and engagement
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
