Become a Key Member of Our Aftersales Team
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Warranty Advisor to join our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will be integral to our Aftersales division, managing warranty claims and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process warranty claims in alignment with manufacturer guidelines
- Review warranty job card quality and offer constructive feedback
- Manage invoicing and various administrative responsibilities
- Assist with Paint and body claims
- Engage with customers regularly through phone and email communications
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, ideally within the Automotive sector. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational capabilities, and outstanding customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
