Automotive Warranty Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Warranty Advisor to join our team at Lookers Edinburgh Audi. As a key member of our Aftersales department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer standards
- Assess and improve the quality of warranty job cards, providing valuable feedback to the workshop team
- Manage invoicing and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Support with Paint and body claims, providing expert guidance and assistance
- Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting daily with customers over the phone and via email
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a technical background, preferably within the automotive industry. As a Warranty Advisor, you will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also be proficient in Microsoft packages and able to build strong relationships with colleagues.
