Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Manager to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management of our hospital ward and its staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide day-to-day management of the hospital ward and its staff, ensuring effective and efficient management of ward resources and driving clinical excellence in all aspects of patient care.
  • Clinical Governance: Lead and support the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Work to maintain and enhance customer service and satisfaction of service users, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and treatment.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies, with valid NMC Registration.
  • Experience: Experienced in acute nursing care, with a proven track record of leadership and management in a senior registered nurse post or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong clinical leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
