Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our team in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving commercial growth. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving commercial growth
  • Manage all sales and operational processes, including membership sales, product sales, and secondary revenue streams
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage controllable costs, including stock orders and cleaning supplies
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor, demonstrating our elevated ways of working
  • Ensure central processes are followed and delivered to the highest level consistently
  • Drive collective buy-in to national focuses and incentives
  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
  • Deliver honest, constructive feedback to support team members in achieving their potential
  • Manage facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines
  • Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Requirements
