Job Overview

At Loftware, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our clients, ensuring their successful implementation and deployment of our Enterprise Labeling and Artwork Management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet our clients' business requirements, leveraging your expertise in cloud-based technologies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, designing and implementing solutions that meet their needs and adhere to best practices.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of high-availability solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage the technical proposal process, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of client requirements and recommendations.
  • Instill trust and rapport with clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing creative solutions that address their needs and add value to their organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a technology environment, with a strong background in cloud-based technologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and creatively provide solutions that address those needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a drive to create value in a growing organization.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, REST, JSON, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and database administration, with experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with ERP, PLM, CRM, WMS, or MES systems, as well as Web Services, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Web-Based UIs.
  • Ability to assess client needs and management requirements, providing solutions that address those needs and add value to the client's organization.
