We are currently seeking an experienced Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our dynamic team in Weymouth.
This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to work around your existing commitments and enhance your clinical experience with a supportive and collaborative team.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care within the operating department setting.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment throughout all operations.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and best practices.
- Current registration as an Operating Department Practitioner with the NMC.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an ODP within an NHS setting.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive daily rate paid via clinical payroll.
- Weekday shifts available between 8am and 6pm.
- Ongoing sessions available for long-term engagement.
