Senior Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Portland Hospital in London. As a key member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a range of shift patterns including early, late, and long days. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a team of experienced consultants and practitioners.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres
- Working collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure efficient and effective theatre operations
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Current HCPC/NMC registration24 months of surgical (scrub) experienceExperience in spinal and orthopaedics would be an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivation and ability to motivate othersWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, plus allowances and a Golden Hello (T&Cs apply).
