Administrative Support Services

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Administrative Assistant to support our busy sales team. We are looking for someone with experience in customer management systems, travel booking, and expense processing. This role will involve collaboration with various departments including Marketing, Events, and Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain CRM database and oversee record-keeping practices.
  • Manage customer interactions using CRM Dynamics 365.
  • Approve website requests and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle marketing materials and event logistics.
  • Assist in diary management and event coordination.
  • Support business operations and provide cover when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Experience in expense management.
  • Prior support experience in sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
