Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Foundation Recruitment. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in optimizing the use of Timegate, a cutting-edge workforce management system, to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our property management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Setup and Configuration: Configure new properties in Timegate, including setting up hierarchies, creating site cards, and setting geofences to ensure seamless data transfer and accurate reporting.
  • Employee Onboarding and Management: Ensure new starters and TUPE staff are correctly set up in Cascade to enable efficient data transfer to Timegate, and oversee the management of employee data to ensure accurate payroll reporting and system functionality.
  • System Management and Optimization: Oversee and manage the use of Timegate across all properties, identifying opportunities for smarter system operations and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate reporting and system functionality, and provide regular updates on system performance and optimization initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Timegate, including familiarity with its Time and Attendance, Employment Portal, Insights, and Payroll modules.
  • Strong IT skills and experience in managing and optimizing digital systems, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
