**Job Summary**
Driver Hire Dundee & Perth is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the depot management team by providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the depot management team, including general office duties and tasks.
- Manage various budgets and report financial figures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
