**Job Summary**

Driver Hire Dundee & Perth is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the depot management team by providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the depot management team, including general office duties and tasks.
  • Manage various budgets and report financial figures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

What We Offer:
