About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Digital Agency Network in London. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in uncovering, interrogating, and solutionising the requirements of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Business Analysis
    • Ensure all project requirements and briefs are thoroughly interrogated and clearly defined.
    • Chair immersion workshops to ensure outputs are well-defined and delivered.
    • Author backlogs and review with the team and clients to ensure alignment.
    • Assist Project Managers in the initial setup of projects and approve project plans and RAID logs before sharing with clients.
    • Work with Project Managers and the team to establish estimates and ensure project scope is well-defined.
  • Project Delivery
    • Own project scope and ensure backlogs are up-to-date and accurately reflect project requirements.
    • Brief Product Design and Development teams on project requirements and ensure requirements are fully fleshed out and met in delivery.
  • Business Development
    • Act as an advocate for assigned projects and platforms, identifying opportunities for business growth and development.
    • Research and identify areas of technological growth and innovation.
    • Creation of long-term roadmaps to drive business growth and development.
    Requirements
    • 2+ years of experience in a digital agency environment, with a focus on product, project management, or business analysis.
    • Hands-on approach to product development and ownership, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
    • Strong client and colleague relationships, with a positive and confident approach when dealing with clients.
    • Experience with open-source web development technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Experience working with clients to deliver both initial projects and long-term roadmaps, delivering large-scale complex websites and apps.
