Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer to join our European Customer Service Support team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10. As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for our customers in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish content for internal and external customers, focusing on our customers in Sweden.
  • Adhere to the content style guide and authoring standards.
  • Learn to use DITA XML content models and author and publish XML topics in the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and marketplaces to gain alignment on content strategy and execution planning.
Requirements
  • Full proficiency in Swedish (native level).
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Content management experience within the tech writing, web, localization, or content industry.
  • Experience working in environments that require constant change with flexibility and business acumen.
  • Planning, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with web publishing tools/CMS and the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly.
  • Localization experience with a proven track record for delivering projects within scope, time, and quality.
  • Experience with CAT tools.
  • Basic XML and/or DITA skills.
