Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for managing a designated portfolio of Financial Institutions within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Institutions, particularly Hedge Funds and select Asset Managers, in collaboration with the Head of the Coverage team in the UK and the Head of Hedge Fund Coverage.
  • Focus Area: Corporate and Investment Banking with an emphasis on Global Markets.
  • Target Geography: Clients based in the UK or those eligible under the London branch's operational scope.
  • Acquire comprehensive insights into client organizations, including their history, structure, decision-making processes, operations, and challenges.
  • Coordinate and lead collaborative efforts among all Natixis partners to: Offer a full range of products and services, Tailor Natixis offerings to meet the unique requirements of the client base, and Ensure successful transaction origination and execution with product teams.
  • Act as a primary line of defense for Natixis regarding client classification.
  • Encourage innovative approaches to client engagement and service delivery.
  • More broadly, enhance client profitability and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Conduct client mapping and identify key engagement points.
  • Arrange meetings between Natixis senior management and clients to elevate the Natixis brand and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Comprehend and implement the strategic objectives of business lines concerning covered clients.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Established relationships within Financial Institutions.
  • Knowledge of Global Markets products.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in commercial roles.
