About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to join our team at IC Resources. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers across Europe and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide solutions to drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree qualified in Electronics or related subject.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a business development and sales role, with a proven track record of generating business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work remotely and travel extensively.
