Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our existing Scrum team in following SAFe Agile methodologies and meeting customer deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage proven experience to provide advice, input, and support as required across the delivery team, particularly in design, agile delivery, program management, and service implementation and transition.
  • Support Agile sprint management by orchestrating, leading, and administering agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, managing timelines, and leading the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
  • Ensure that impediments are identified and removed by the development teams and the Product Owner, and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
  • Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues on fostering cultural change, growing together, and establishing an environment where trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun are main attributes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Scrum Master role.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
