Role Summary

As an Educational Administration Coordinator, you will be integral to the administrative operations of the school, ensuring seamless functionality. Your responsibilities will encompass managing student records, facilitating communications, and providing essential support to the school's leadership and teaching personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain precise student records and school databases.
  • Manage school communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and events for faculty and students.
  • Assist in the creation of reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Support the finance department with budgeting and invoicing responsibilities.
  • Deliver a welcoming and efficient reception service for students, parents, and visitors.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in a school administrative capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
