Role Overview

This position is primarily centered on improving the coverage and quality of ESG data, facilitating the decarbonization of real estate, and optimizing compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Real Estate ESG team and other pertinent departments to formulate a comprehensive implementation strategy for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), ensuring compliance is achieved in a systematic and effective manner.
  • Assist portfolio companies in establishing consistent disclosure requirements across various asset categories, and where necessary, aid in conducting gap analyses and the establishment of data collection systems and methodologies.
  • Create tools and resources aimed at enhancing training and skill development related to CSRD.
