Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living skills, including personal care and medication management
- Encourage and facilitate participation in activities, such as bowling, shopping, and swimming
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
