Role Responsibilities

As a Property Account Manager, you will be instrumental in collaborating with various team members to execute cohesive campaigns for our clients.

Your daily tasks will encompass a diverse range of activities, from contributing to communication strategies to managing media interactions and supporting client teams. This role offers a chance to engage in a variety of projects across multiple clients within a Flexible, Supportive, and Transparent workplace.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in property, lifestyle, or community-focused public relations and will demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for media engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting account teams in the execution of multi-channel integrated marketing initiatives for clients, which includes brand marketing, social media, content strategy, paid media, influencer collaborations, brand activations, and media relations.
  • Exhibiting a solid understanding of multi-channel content strategies for clients, including media, social media, partnerships, and influencer outreach, while showing a keen interest in consumer trends and data to inform client projects.
  • Demonstrating experience in a busy communications setting, managing media relations, including pitching to journalists, drafting press materials, and coordinating interviews with a growing network across property and consumer media.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in property, public relations, and media engagement.
  • Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders, including media representatives, clients, and other key individuals.
  • Familiarity with supporting event logistics, including media launches and influencer activities.
  • Experience in managing projects relevant to the department and role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing a complex workload effectively.
  • Strong writing abilities, with experience in crafting various styles for different audiences, such as press releases, key messages, speeches, or media briefings.
  • Good media relations skills and contacts, with specific experience in proactive media engagement.
  • Demonstrable experience and passion for the property, community development, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Understanding of the marketing channel mix and the ability to implement successful integrated campaigns.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Desirable: Experience in digital-first marketing and a passion for social and brand marketing.
  • Desirable: Understanding of content production and the creative development process.
  • Some experience in client management, with problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • A strong team player, hands-on, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Approachable demeanor with the ability to thrive in a dynamic agency environment.
