Job Summary:

Meridian Business Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Home Manager in overseeing the operations of a luxury Nursing Home in Suffolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure the provision of high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Oversee the care staff and assume full management responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Develop and implement care programs that meet the needs of residents and their families.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with residents and their families to understand their needs.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
