Deputy Care Home Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our care home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the provision of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the management of care home operations, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard.
  2. Oversee the care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
  3. Assume full management responsibility in the absence of the Home Manager.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
  5. Build and maintain effective relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  4. Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
