We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead our retail team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our HR strategy, driving business performance, and shaping our people agenda.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Chief People Officer to develop and execute the HR strategic plan, aligning it with business goals.
- Oversee HR implications for major transformational programs.
- Conduct external benchmarking to continuously enhance HR business partnering.
- Foster collaboration and standardisation across HR Business Partner activities to streamline processes and optimise efficiencies.
- Mitigate legal, commercial, and brand risks through effective HR management practices.
- Innovate and implement processes to support a high-performance culture and sustainable business growth.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Coach and develop the HR team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Proven track record in influencing change and driving strategic HR initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to identify key issues and risks.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities, adept at managing priorities.
- Extensive experience as a Head of HR leading a HR team in large organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams of HR professionals.
- Proven experience in managing complex HR projects and driving change initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and project management expertise.
