- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to provide a patient-centered approach to care.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ophthalmology and healthcare support.
- SVQ3 in Healthcare or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Ability to demonstrate a range of core skills to competently undertake patient care and other tasks and activities.
