About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and committed Property Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of four commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the expectations of both tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties in Kent and establish relationships with key contacts.
  • Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Manage lease agreements, including tenant screenings and renewals.
  • Review lease agreements and contracts, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to schedules.
  • Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Supervise a small maintenance team and assign tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and utility companies at all levels.
  • Handle all related administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and planning.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial property management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Full UK driving licence.
