We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services.

About the Role

As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of technical service tasks, including communal paving, road working, flagging, and fencing within a social housing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring materials are ready prior to undertaking any tasks.
  • Receive and complete assigned tasks using a mobile device, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
  • Work in occupied and void properties, completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.

About You

Candidates will have previous experience as a Groundworker, with brickwork experience and drainage knowledge, ideally within the construction industry.

Requirements

  • Hold an Level 2 NVQ or a City and Guilds qualification.
  • Hold a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card.
  • Have a valid full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
