Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Groundworker to join our team in a key role. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of technical service tasks, including:

  • Communal paving
  • Road working
  • Flagging
  • Fencing

You will be responsible for managing all tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring that materials are ready prior to undertaking any tasks. You will also be required to receive and complete assigned tasks using a mobile device, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience as a Groundworker
  • Brickwork experience and drainage knowledge
  • Level 2 NVQ or City and Guilds qualification
  • CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card
  • Valid full UK driving licence

You will also be customer-focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
