Role Overview:
This full-time, onsite position involves providing assistance to colleagues by managing both 1st and 2nd line support requests. Exceptional customer service abilities are crucial, as you will be aiding non-technical staff members. Each day presents unique challenges, necessitating a proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver 1st and 2nd line support utilizing ITIL best practices.
2. Provide guidance, assistance, and training on both software and hardware, with a strong focus on cybersecurity awareness.
3. Set up and deploy new hardware for end users, ensuring that all necessary software is installed and configured for immediate functionality.
4. Demonstrate experience in an IT support role.
5. Exhibit a proven track record of delivering swift, first-contact resolutions for support tickets.
6. Show proficiency in Office 365 and Active Directory.
7. Maintain outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical colleagues.
8. Work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment, managing pressure effectively, and displaying a keen interest in embracing new technologies.

Compensation:
Up to £35,000 per annum, based on experience.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with involvement in an on-call rotation.
This role is based in an office environment, providing 100% onsite support.
