Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a cleaning team, ensuring excellent service standards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
