Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Deliver Exceptional Cleaning Services

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a cleaning team to deliver high-quality cleaning services
  • Recruit and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Maintain excellent service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Distribute uniforms and monitor the standard of cleanliness
  • Order stocks and materials as necessary
  • Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work to a schedule on your own initiative
