Deliver Exceptional Cleaning Services
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a cleaning team to deliver high-quality cleaning services
- Recruit and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Maintain excellent service standards and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Distribute uniforms and monitor the standard of cleanliness
- Order stocks and materials as necessary
- Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work to a schedule on your own initiative
