Accounting Technician FTC

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join our Finance Department in Bristol on a fixed term basis.
As an Accounting Technician, you will work within the Credit Control team, primarily responsible for the reconciliation and allocation of inbound cash. Your key responsibilities will include reconciliations, making payments, and cash management. You will also assist the credit controller with debt recovery.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills, as well as strong communication skills for communicating financial information to both internal and external customers.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a good level of general education and ideally qualified to AAT Level 3. You will also need to be confident with MS Office/365 applications, especially Excel.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, preferably gained in a professional, customer-facing environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as well as a commitment to providing a good customer experience.
