About The Role

DAS UK Group has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounting Technician in our Finance Department on a fixed term basis.

In this varied role, the successful candidate will work within the Credit Control team, and will principally be responsible for the reconciliation and allocation of inbound cash.

Other key aspects of this role will include reconciliations, making payments and cash management. You can expect to assist the credit controller with debt recovery.

Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates with excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills, as well as strong communication skills with respect to communicating financial information to both internal and external customers.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A good level of general education and ideally qualified to AAT Level 3;
  • Confidence with MS Office/365 applications, especially Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably gained in a professional, customer-facing environment;
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail;
  • Commitment to a good customer experience.
