Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading a team of Employment Advisors, Trainers, Assistant Employment Advisors, and Site Co-ordinators to achieve contractual performance and quality targets. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and ensure that each participant who works with your team leaves with the self-confidence and necessary skills required to secure and sustain employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets (Key Performance Indicators).
- Lead, inspire, motivate, and coach team members to achieve team and individual targets.
- Work collaboratively with Business Manager and support functions to support customer progression and achieve the best outcomes for customers.
- Drive a high-performance culture in line with Seetec Pluss' vision and values.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership/management experience.
- A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the advertised geographical locations.
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.

- A competitive salary range £29,858 to £32,585 p.a. (dependent on experience).
