We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee our catering and service operations for a major High Street brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our unit and service counters, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and implement action plans to optimize operations
  • Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
  • Support and train teams to excel in their roles
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a similar sector or industry
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Excellent financial acumen and communication skills
