Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals, adhering to legislation, best practices, and our policies and procedures.
  • Enable individuals to engage with their interests, maintain their skills, and receive personalized care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within the community.
  • Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information to ensure effective support.
  • Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes in the needs of the individuals we support.
  • Promote and maintain the safety and well-being of those in our care.
  • Help individuals maintain and develop relationships with family, friends, and other important people in their lives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
